    About Salmon (Indian & International)

    True salmon (Atlantic & Pacific species) are cold-water fish from Europe, North America, and Japan, famous for their river-to-sea migration. Their flesh ranges from pink to deep orange, rich in Omega-3, and varies from firm (King, Sockeye) to delicate (Coho, Pink). Wild Pacific salmon are prized for color and taste, while most Atlantic salmon available globally is farm-raised and milder.

    Atlantic Salmon is almost entirely farmed in Norway, Scotland, and Canada. It has a mild, buttery flavour with soft pink flesh, perfect for grilling, baking, sushi, and smoking. Wild Atlantic salmon has become rare over time.
